Setup walks you through the information that shapes your whole strategy: your business and what makes it different, the competitors you’re up against, and the questions customers would type into ChatGPT to find a business like yours.
These inputs directly drive your results. Better inputs, better outcome.
Setup is built to be self-serve, and most people finish it on their own. If you’d like help, request an onboarding specialist and a real person will walk through it with you live on a call. The call is there if you want it, not a requirement.
Step 2: Connect Your Domain and Analytics
Two connections, both from your dashboard.
Your domain
Connecting your domain with Cytd creates a dedicated subdomain, a section of your web address where we publish AI-readable content. We do not touch, edit, or slow down your actual website, and your customers never need to visit the subdomain. It exists so AI systems have something authoritative to find. You’ll see a Connect With Entri button in your dashboard available to connect our domain.
Google Analytics
This lets your dashboard show the AI-driven traffic actually reaching your site, meaning visitors arriving from platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini, right alongside your score.
Step 3: We Take Over
Once setup and connections are done, your full dashboard goes live and our team gets to work immediately.
Getting AI to recommend your business isn’t instant. The first 90 days run in three phases:
Learning
We give AI something to learn from: your business, your services, what makes you different. Your foundational question set goes live and stays locked through day 90 so the strategy has room to work. Your first week brings an initial burst of content, and each month after brings blog articles, videos, backlinks, community discussions, and technical work behind the scenes.
Establishing
This is where we optimize your content for AI systems to pick up. We watch what each platform is actually reading and citing, then tune your content and its structure so your story is easier for AI to find, understand, and repeat. The same signals showing up consistently is what turns into trust.
Compounding
The content, authority signals, and optimizations from the first two phases start reinforcing each other. AI systems keep encountering the same story about your business from more directions, and that’s when citations start to build. Every industry moves at a different pace. Some see movement early, others closer to day 90.
