Effective Date: October 29, 2026 | Operated by: MEDL Mobile Enterprises, LLC
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CYTD AI Visibility Platform (the “Service”), owned and operated by MEDL Mobile Enterprises, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“MEDL,” “CYTD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing payment, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Services Provided
All services are provided on a subscription basis and may evolve over time. CYTD provides AI visibility and optimization services, which may include:
- Prompt and content optimization
- AI platform visibility analysis
- Competitor tracking across AI systems
- Monthly reporting (including video walkthroughs)
- Human support and strategic recommendations
The Service may also include website functionality, lead generation forms, AI-powered communications, SMS messaging, voice communications, customer support tools, analytics, and related business services offered by CYTD.
2. Month-to-Month Subscriptions
- All CYTD subscriptions are offered on a month-to-month basis.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly using the payment method on file.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled by the customer.
- Customers may cancel at any time through their CYTD account dashboard.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the customer’s current billing cycle. Customers will continue to have access to the service through the end of that billing cycle.
- Promotional offers, including First Month Free, are governed by Section 2A. Notwithstanding the foregoing, cancellation during a free promotional period takes effect immediately as described in Section 2B (Early Cancellation).
2A. Promotional Offers (First Month Free)
- Eligibility. From time to time CYTD may offer promotional pricing, including a “First Month Free” offer (each, a “Promotional Offer”). Promotional Offers are available to new customers only. A “new customer” is a business that has not previously held a paid or promotional CYTD subscription. Each Promotional Offer is limited to one per business, one per website domain, and one per payment method. CYTD may verify eligibility at any time and may decline to apply a Promotional Offer to any account that does not meet these requirements.
- Payment method required. A valid payment method is required to start a Promotional Offer, even where the promotional price is $0. By providing a payment method, the customer authorizes CYTD to charge it as described below. CYTD may place a temporary authorization on the payment method to confirm that it is valid.
- Promotional Period. Under the First Month Free offer, the customer pays $0 for the first billing month of the subscription (the “Promotional Period”). The Promotional Period begins on the date the subscription is activated and ends one month later.
- Automatic renewal. Unless the customer cancels before the Promotional Period ends, the subscription automatically continues as a paid month-to-month subscription at CYTD’s then-current monthly price (currently $299 per month). CYTD will charge the customer’s payment method on the first day after the Promotional Period ends and on the same day of each month after that until the subscription is canceled. CYTD will send a reminder to the email address on the account at least three (3) days before the Promotional Period ends.
- Live onboarding session. To keep promotional service active, the customer must attend a live onboarding session with a CYTD team member within seven (7) days after the Promotional Period begins. If the customer does not attend or reschedule a session within that time, CYTD may pause the promotional service until a session is completed. A pause does not extend the Promotional Period unless CYTD agrees in writing.
- Abuse and duplicate claims. CYTD may refuse, suspend, or end a Promotional Offer, with or without notice, if CYTD reasonably believes that the customer is not eligible, has claimed or attempted to claim more than one Promotional Offer for the same business (including by using different accounts, website domains, email addresses, or payment methods), has provided false or misleading information, or has otherwise misused the offer.
- Changes to Promotional Offers. CYTD may change or discontinue any Promotional Offer at any time. A change will not affect a Promotional Period that has already begun.
2B. Early Cancellation
- Cancellation during a free Promotional Period. Notwithstanding Section 2, if a customer cancels during a free Promotional Period, the cancellation takes effect immediately when it is confirmed. Any days remaining in the Promotional Period are forfeited and have no cash or credit value. When the cancellation takes effect: (a) CYTD stops all content research, content generation, and publishing for the account; (b) content that has not yet been published will not be delivered or published; (c) AI visibility tracking and reporting end; and (d) the customer’s access to the CYTD dashboard ends. The customer’s payment method will not be charged for a subscription canceled during the Promotional Period.
- Previously published content. Content that CYTD published to the customer’s website before the cancellation took effect remains the customer’s, and CYTD will not remove it. After cancellation, the customer is responsible for maintaining, editing, or removing that content.
- No repeat Promotional Offer. A customer who cancels during a Promotional Period may not claim a Promotional Offer again for the same business, regardless of the account, website domain, email address, or payment method used.
- Cancellation of a paid subscription. Consistent with Section 2, cancellation of a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the customer’s current paid billing cycle. Until then, CYTD will continue to provide the services, including content research, generation, and publishing, under the customer’s plan. Fees already paid are non-refundable as described in Section 3.
- Cancellation in the first paid billing cycle after a promotion. A customer who cancels during the first paid billing cycle that follows a Promotional Period forfeits any promotional pricing or offers on re-subscription. Any later subscription for that business will be billed at CYTD’s then-current standard price.
3. Billing and Payment
- Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- By subscribing, you authorize CYTD to charge the payment method on file for recurring monthly subscription fees.
- All fees and payments are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a billing cycle, except where required by applicable law.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to their applicable terms.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the CYTD service.
4. Automatic Renewal
- CYTD subscriptions automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
- Each renewal begins a new monthly billing cycle and the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically.
- CYTD does not offer fixed-term 12- or 24-month subscription commitments unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the CYTD account dashboard.
- No advance notice or written cancellation request is required.
- Once cancellation is submitted through the dashboard, the subscription will remain active through the end of the current paid billing cycle and will not renew for another month.
- Cancellation does not result in a refund or credit for fees already paid, including any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
- After the current billing cycle ends, access to subscription services will terminate unless the customer resubscribes.
