These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by CYTD (“CYTD,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a service of MEDL Mobile Enterprises, LLC. These SMS Terms supplement and are incorporated into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, CYTD may send you recurring SMS and MMS messages related to our services. The program may include service notifications, appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, product and service information, account-related messages, and promotional or marketing content.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By submitting your mobile phone number through one of our forms and affirmatively agreeing (for example, by checking the SMS consent box), you provide your prior express written consent to receive automated text messages from CYTD at the number provided, sent using an automated telephone dialing system or similar technology.

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may continue to use our services without opting in to SMS.

You confirm that the mobile number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and your interactions with CYTD. You may receive messages in response to your requests as well as recurring messages related to your account and our services.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier may charge you for each message sent or received, depending on your mobile plan. CYTD is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again as you did initially.

You may also opt out of communications at any time by contacting us at support@cytd.ai. We honor opt-out requests received through any channel.

6. Help (HELP)

For help or more information about the program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@cytd.ai. Replying HELP will return contact information for support.

7. Supported Carriers and Carrier Disclaimer

The program may be available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by CYTD. Carriers and supported features may change without notice.

8. Service Providers

We use Twilio Inc. and other third-party service providers to facilitate text messaging and related communications. Information necessary to send and receive messages may be processed by these providers on our behalf in accordance with applicable agreements and their privacy and security practices.

9. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers (such as our messaging platform) that help us operate the SMS program, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Eligibility

The SMS program is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the number provided.

11. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued participation in the SMS program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these SMS Terms or the SMS program is governed by the dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver provisions set out in our Terms of Service.
